Join us for the Dreamland’s biggest event of the year, our annual fundraiser: The DreamBIG Event!

On Sunday July 28^th hundreds of islanders will come together for an unforgettable night benefitting the Dreamland. This year promises to be an evening you’ll never forget including music and dancing poolside to DJ Lazy Boy while enjoying fabulous cocktails and dinner by the bite by Island Kitchen.

This year’s theme is Endless Summer which is loosely based on the 1966  American surf documentary, ENDLESS SUMMER, by Bruce Brown. Island Surfer attire encouraged. 

Funds raised at this event are critical to the operation of the Dreamland, year-round.

This Sunday July 28th is our Annual DreamBIG Dreamland Fundraiser.   As part of the event, we invited 50 artists, businesses and supporters to create one-of-a kind works of art surfboards – from wonderful works by kids in the Dreamland Stage Company to major artists that could sell for a small fortune, like “Cisco Beach Club” by John Gonnella (pictured above).

Plus a luxury cruise hosted by Elin Hilderbrand, Dreamland Theater Rental, and much, much more!

Join us for this very special one-night-only event at The Dreamland! Legendary singer/songwriter and recording artist Patty Griffin and her band will perform a beautiful concert from the Main Stage of The Dreamland. Don’t miss this unique and singular artist here on Nantucket!

Join us at The Dreamland for another great installment of our long-running Conversations series featuring author and journalist Susan Glasser of the New Yorker, author and journalist Peter Baker, chief White House correspondent for the New York Times, and their son and journalist Theo Baker who is an investigative reporter for the Stanford Daily, and the youngest ever winner of the George Polk Award for his reporting that led to the resignation of Stanford president Marc Tessier-Lavigne. Moderated by Theo, this family affair will be a wide-ranging conversation touching on the current, global political landscape, the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, unrest on U.S. college campuses, and the 2024 presidential election.
