What are your box office hours?
Box office hours vary depending on season and are subject to change.

The box office will open one hour prior to the first screening or performance of the day and will close at the end of business. To purchase tickets online 24/7 please visit our Tickets & Showtimes page.
Do you offer refunds?
Movie and Events tickets are non-refundable. We understand that there can be unforeseen circumstance’s at times. If you have questions and would like to speak to someone about a possible refund please contact Donald Dallaire, Director of Theater operations at email@example.com
When will you will be getting… (insert film title here)?
We work hard with our booking agent to bring our patrons the newest releases possible but we do have limitations on when and if we will get a certain film. Our movie schedule is released on either Tuesdays or Wednesday weekly. For schedule of our screenings and events see Tickets & Showtimes or Coming Soon.

Do you offer discounts?
We do offer discounts! The Dreamland offers senior(65+), children (12 & under) and military discounts. Please see “What are your ticket prices?” (above) for a complete list of all pricing. If you are looking for more perks and benefits you may want to “Become a Member”!
Do you offer group rates?
At this time we do not offer group rates.
Are there devices for the sight and hearing impaired?
The Dreamland is equipped with assistive technology for the sight and hearing impaired. Equipment is available free of charge and is subject to availability. Please see Accessibility & Assistive Technology for a full list of our available devices.
Is the Theater wheelchair accessible?
The Dreamland Theater is equipped with a barrier-free entrance and drop-off area. Two handicapped parking spaces are available next to the drop-off area. Where can I park?
The Dreamland does not have parking available on its property. On-street parking is available, along with the town parking lot located on Washington Street. Please ensure that you obey all town enforced parking regulations and time limits.
How long does the screening or performance last?
You can always find out how long a screening or performance is by checking the Tickets & Showtimes page.
What time should I arrive at the theater?
We typically open the house for all screenings and events 30 minutes prior to the start time. There is that rare occasion when we have to “hold” the house for a few extra minutes. If you require assistance or are unable to stand, please see the manager on duty for assistance.
